He has built practices grounds-up and engaged with C-Level executives in strategic assignments across the world which includes India, U.A.E., China, South Africa, U.S.A. and U.K. He has held leadership positions at Aptech, IBM Consulting, Zensar Technologies and Tech Mahindra.
His industry experiences include manufacturing, chemicals & petroleum, energy & utilities, automotive, transportation & logistics, education, telecom equipment, aviation, defense, government and software products

RR is an independent Strategy & Performance Coach and work with small to mid- sized enterprises in the areas of strategy execution, new alliances, collaboration, innovation and performance management. He works directly with CEOs in taking their initiatives to the next level. His work is commitment-based and focused on results.
RR is Director and Co-Founder at Aikon Labs a start-up focused on enabling enterprises, communities and institutions to bridge the idea-to-prototype life cycle by leveraging the power of social tools.
He is a member on the Board of Directors at SofTech, a company which manufactures and deploys innovative products in the Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) vertical. He leads and mentors strategic initiatives including Go-To-Market, Alliances, Sales, Marketing and Capability Building.
